Celeb Beauty and Fashion Secrets

Ever wondered how your fave celebs always wind up on the red carpet looking flawless, and radiant? Well despite the obvious reasons ( plenty of moullah, housekeepers, personal chefs, personal trainers stylists, etc, etc)Here are some of the other things that are playing a role in the celeb perfection and guess what? Lot's of this stuff  YOU CAN TRY AT HOME.

So one of the things you can guarantee you will find on your fave A.lister is gorgeous glowing skin, and Salma Hayek is no exception to the rule, she has the skin of a twenty something, but in reality is in her forties. So what does she put this down to? Well Salma says she Cleanses her skin religiously at night time before bed, but guess what? she never washes her face in the morning! Wow! well when I heard this I was'nt convinced, but when I paused to think about it she may definatly be on to something.
When we sleep our skin produces the sebum (natural oils) which are our own natural moisturiser, so surely this must be the best moisturiser for us.
I think this is definatly something to be tried, providing you don't suffer from oily/ problem skin and obviously making sure you do cleanse properly before going to bed.
Another Skin trick for tired puffy skin, as tested by Kate Moss who let's face it is'nt adverse to partying hard and probably has had to sort out her skin pretty quickly for photo shoots with little or no sleep.
Mossy says she fills up the sink with ice cold water, and slices of cucumber, she then plunges her face in the water for as long as she can stand.
Now im not so convinced, I agree it is a quick fix and I suppose if I was the face of a cosmetics/fashion brand and i needed to look like my perfect self again in order to be photographed for thousands of pounds, then yeah id have ice buckets at the ready, infact i would probably stick my head in the freezer but it is a temporary fix and the extreme cold will probably do damage in the long run.
Try it in emergencies to constrict blood vessels and tighten and refresh but don't tie it into your regular beauty regime.
We all want plumper lips right? Well Lisa Rinna uses cinnamon oil on her lips to plump up her pout and this is actually a nice way to boost your pout but be sure to do a patch test first to detect any skin sensitivities.
Lauren Conrad says to reduce puffy eyes take a potatoe peeled and sliced to fit on eyes place in a bowl of water and refrigerate, leave on eyes for 15minutes for perfectly refreshed peepers.
Kim Kardashian Say's when applying eye make-up to put loose powder under the eyes to catch eye shadow and then simply brush it away again.
Kim alway's looks flawless and is a fan of contouring with concealer after applying foundation
Kim's concealer tips

She applies foundation then contours (as above) with a paler shade of concealer, she also swears by making sure all hair is tied away from face before applying any make-up.

Cameron Diaz has always had a enviable toned and honed to perfection figure she swears by regular exercise, regular water and regular SEX....... Infact sex is a great workout and great at burning calories and we all know that nice rosy glow we get after a hot sesh is great for the complexion................

And what about fashion and style, we all would like to be celeb perfect all the time but if you embrace your own style and find your own confidence then you will feel like a fashionista in your own right. You don't have to be size perfect with glossy locks and perfect skin, it's all about dressing for your body shape and making the most of what you have got. And if it's confidence your lacking fake it, you will soon be believing it.
When shopping for clothes always try on, if you like it instantly buy it, but if you have any doubts don't buy it,you will not feel confident and your aiming to feel great in your clothes and style.
Aline skirts are great for pear shaped figures and a line dresses ( think lilly allen prom style) are even better for the pear shape, they accentuate your tiny waist and work to balance out your bottom half.
If you are tall opt for the full length maxi,as your height carries this length ,do not go here though if you are very short as they mostly tend too drown your frame( with very few exceptions)

Midi dresses are everywhere at the minute and I absolutly love them, they work well on most figures if you know how to style them. If you are carrying a few extra pounds or are a curvy girl (my hands are up) then it's a good idea to wear midi/ bodycon dresses or anything that can leave a few unsightly bumps with something like a biker jacket or denim jacket, even the little denim sleeveless shirts work well to just help slim line your figure.
Again if you are worried about looking too thin then you can use the same method with jackets to add some volume to your frame or layer with a boyfriend style cardi or long sleeved denim shirt.
If your figure is perfect or you have the confidence then wear your midi/ bodycon with just a smile and some killer heels for night or flats for day, statement necklaces and bracelets work well with this look.

Always dress to enhance your best bits, because believe me we all have them.......... If you are the owner of amazing breasts then use this too your advantage, it dos'nt mean you have to show them off but something like a waist cinching belt will enhance the womanly shape to your silhouette

Find clothes you are comfortable in and half the battle is won, experiment and have fun fashion is an extension of your personality, play with it and find what styles suit you and any excuse to go shopping and try loads of clothes is what everyone wants surely?........................................................
